Janes local offices countrywide are bases on two dealing desk.
Front Desk and Back Desk. Both desk assist local and international markets transactions with specific duties and memorandum assigned to them. Our desks has reputed traders, analysts, brokers, client agents and reps who has years of experience in managing the roles.
Desk A / Money Market desk:
This desk is divided into three areas. Local/International clients dealing,
Capital transactions, Corporate mergers, Reps.
Local/International Clients Dealing:
A set of reps having an experience through different industries and firms, and whose knowledge in company’s financials are strong represent Janes all over the world. This desk deals every query of clients.
Capital Transactions:
This desk facilitate transactions to and from clients, interbanks, interfirms, hedge funds, banks, regulatory bodies etc. Every financial and non financial trasactions is processed and approved by the same desk.
Corporate Mergers:
This desk also handles mergers and acquisitions. Write offs and Buy outs are also carried by the same desk.
Desk B / Foreign Desk:
This desk consists of traders, managers, equity holders, analysts and brokers.
Foreign desk is handled directly by CEO and VPs underneath.
Traders:
Each trader at Janes went through high scrutiny and professional checks. Traders at Janes are given high margins and leverage to maintain their brain health and overall well being. Our traders meet all benchmarks and criteria set.
Managers:
Every manager at Janes went through multiple roles to understand the requirement of staff.
Equity Holders:
At Janes, we have multiiple equity holders instead of one. Each belong to different location and with an alloted capital threshold. Each equity holder is responsible for the capital disbursed to traders.
Analysts
At janes, we have analysts who have grip and knowledge over different markets. Our analysts are known for their precise work, and critical decisions at right hour. Janes have analysts from all over the globe and believe in investing on the knowledge of our analysts and traders.

Broker
